Request a User Credential

The NTA Member Portal is open to anyone who is a member of a Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the North Texas Area of the Christian Church in the Southwest.

If you would like to apply for a user credential, simply fill out the form below and click "submit". We will process the request typically within 24 hours. If you qualify, a Member ID will be e-mailed to you at the address you supply below. When you receive your Member ID, simply follow the supplied instructions and complete your registration on-line.
